London-based rock trio DELLA NOVA release their debut single WACHASAY. It's a statement first track which encapsulates all the sonic elements from their forthcoming self-titled album; over-driven bass, big riffs, catchy hooks, and screaming guitar solos. It reignites a classic hard rock sound and blazes modern grunge with some real attitude.

 

Like their forthcoming album, WACHASAY was a product of the pandemic. All live performances had ceased and a unique opportunity arose for creative binges. Alex, the band's songwriter and frontman, relished those lockdown days when he composed most of the album's tracks. "WACHASAY is a retrospective song," he says, "and a theme that I'm sure many listeners can relate to; where you've moved on from a relationship that's dragging you down." 

 

Not only is WACHASAY the debut release, the track will also feature as the introduction to the album. It packs a serious punch, and establishes their new-found position in the rock scene.
